Maxfactory Figma Golgo 13 with di:stage: Basic Set

Golgo 13 from the Golgo 13 manga series is scheduled to be released as a Figma August 2009.
The figure would be the first to come packaged with a di:stage: Basic Set. A paper vignette in the image of a motel and speech bubbles for you to simulate a scene for the figure. This is really a smart move by MF/GSC to not only promote the stages but bundle package the price (note the price is 3800Yen ~SGD$58 now). I personally like the idea as it really gives the flexibility on how you want to display the figure.

Figure wise, this figma looks really good. With sharp and crisp sculpt really defining that "assassin" look. Nice details include the stripable M16 and attache case to pack the M16 in. Other accessories such as the cigar holding hand and alternate grinning face with clenched teeth really round off the figure well.

Seems like as good a Figma (if not better) then any!!

*Update 22 May 09: Pre-orders have opened at CSC shops for this Figma. PO price is SGD$55. Grab it while you can :)
