Nendoroid Zange-chan

Yet another nendoroid annouced to be released by GSC. From the anime Kannagi comes Nagi's sister .. Zange-chan. Nothing special I feel, but probably would be getting this just to complete the sister duo. Is it me or are nendoroids getting more expensive.... :(

Alter Fate T Harlaown 1/7 PVC Figure

Just announced from Alter's Webby.. From Magical Girl Nanoha StrikerS comes FATE T Harlaown. Nicely detailed as expected from Alter with a Dynamic pose.

Would defitely go well with Hagami Yagate and when released Nanoha herself.
RRP is at 12,800Yen (~SGD$195)

Tamashii Nation 2009 (SOC & other Mecha)

Heres some coverage on the Bandai Tamashii Nation 2009 going on now.
This post will focus on Bandai's Soul of Chogokin line and some other mecha which i find interesting

Of course the highly anticipated next SOC GX-46 Dygenguard & Ausenseiter would be showcased as the show







Next we have the CX-45 Shin Mazinger 2009. A release of maxinger with new joints allowing a wide variety of poses

Tamashii Nation 2009

Some initial pics, write-ups of Bandai's Tamashii nation has already gathered on the net. This annual event is where Bandai showcases its upcoming SOCs and other toy lineups (SIC, Gundam etc etc). An event every chogokin fan looks forward to.This year its held in Akihabara (Japan) from 26th to 29th March 09.

Will try to cover this tomorrow when more information comes up AND i am not so TIRED from work :P

Since most nendoroids released so far are female with only ahandful of male figures, i think i would get this just to balance out the male:female ration in my collection. :) and also Two Words.. NICE SUIT! :)

Official Announcement MaxFactory Max Gokin Dragonar 1

GSC has offically announced the Maxfactory Dragonar 1 gokin in their lineup. Expected japan release date is August 2009. It is the most expensive Max Gokin released by maxfactory so far though, but judging from the quality of previous releases, this dragonar is going to be highly anticipated for chogokin collectors (including myself).
